Our team is growing and we have an opportunity for Casual Car Parking Attendant to provide a high level of service to our customers in Sydney. This will be a ‘hands on’ role where you will multitask and work autonomously to achieve the following.

**About the role**:

- Providing exceptional customer service as a representative of First Parking to ensure customer satisfaction at every step of their experience;
- Operating and parking customers' vehicles (in auto and manual transmission);
- 25+ hours per week, Monday to Friday roster with shifts between 7am to 7pm;
- Answer inbound customer calls;
- Ensuring the car parks are tidy and presentable;
- Maintaining the operation of car park and troubleshooting any issues;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders;
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety procedures;
- Daily reporting; and
- Any other duties as directed, which may include on site car park duties.

- Full Open drivers licence to be valid throughout employment;
- Demonstrate the First Parking values: customer satisfaction, teamwork & collaboration, determination, daring to be different and trust;
- Passionate, dynamic, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture;
- Ability to work in a fast paced operational environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills during peak call times;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in computer technology and MS Office platforms; and
- Lateral thinker and good problem solving skills while liaising with customers.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $31.00 per hour
