**Your opportunity**

As a casual Car Park Attendant at **Westfield Warringah Mall**, you will be part of our Parking Experience team. Your main focus is providing an extraordinary experience for customers entering and leaving our Westfield living centres.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers consistently.
- Providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment, including in the car park.
- Traffic management by rerouting and directing vehicles during peak times, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct regular cleaning checks and patrols to ensure a tidy, well-lit environment maintained at a high standard.
- Report all incidents, hazards, and risks promptly, providing analytic insights from car park data.
- Maintain car park equipment in good working order, including boom gates, APU machines, and ticketing systems.

- To be considered for a Car Park position, a drivers’ licence is required
