**_ About the Role_**
The role provides recruitment support and solutions to enable the selection and engagement of the most capable staff for a wide range of roles and comply with NSW Government legislation ensuring proactive, client focused, capability-based recruitment services, contemporary recruitment solutions and strategies and advice across the cluster.
The role is temporary until 31 December 2025 with possible extension

The New South Wales Electoral Commission delivers trusted and independent systems, processes, oversight and engagement that support democracy in New South Wales. Our vision is to maintain confidence in the integrity of the democratic process and make it easy for people to understand and participate.
Our work includes:
- Running elections.
- Communicating and engaging with the public and our stakeholders; and
- Investigating possible offences and enforcing electoral laws such as the Electoral Act 2017 and the Electoral Funding Act 2018

**_Essential requirements_**
- Sound experience in recruitment best practice including recruitment approaches, marketing and social media initiatives and policies, processes and legislative requirements.
- Experience in administering HR and recruitment systems, delivering process improvement initiatives and have great attention to detail.
- Experience working in a small to medium organisation and exposure to project management activities
- Politically neutral with no current or past affiliation to political parties or lobbyist/campaigners.
- Satisfactory Criminal Check Result.
