**Introduction**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Billings Accounts Assistant and we have a permanent full-time opportunity available.

The role will be based in our newly refurbished office in Sydney. The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role and will provide a high level of billing support to the Billing team and our internal customers.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Managing and responding to billing queries and requests from our internal customers
- Setting up and maintaining customer information in the system;
- Assisting in the end-to-end invoicing run;
- Maintaining the filing system; and

Working hand in hand with the billing assistant accountant.
