What your day will look like....
As an Internal Audit Officer, you'll engage with diverse stakeholders, guiding the implementation of audit recommendations and ensuring compliance with best practices. You'll coordinate the internal audit recommendations register, tracking progress and fostering collaboration to meet our shared goals. Each day presents the opportunity to provide insightful support for risk management and compliance initiatives, contributing to the broader mission of enhancing healthcare services. You'll also oversee reporting processes, ensuring quality assurance and timely delivery, while continually modelling the values of Darling Downs Health in every interaction. Your role will be pivotal in shaping a culture of accountability and excellence within our health service.
