Melbourne Business Centre provides Virtual Address and Virtual Office services - incorporating hire by the hour workspaces and meeting rooms, telephone answering and address services to a dynamic range of start-up companies, remote businesses, small to medium enterprises and corporates. We offer flexible virtual, office and meeting solutions to suit the ever-changing needs of business.

Located on iconic St Kilda Road, Melbourne Business Centre now has two (2) permanent part-time Receptionist positions available for an immediate start.

**This is a permanent ON-SITE part time role, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 1.05pm or 12.55pm to 5.30pm, with a minimum of 2 shifts per week.**

**There is only one part time staff member on site at a time with crossover between 12.55pm and 1.05pm daily (management and clients will come and go).**

**About the Job**:
As the "face" of the company, your role will include:

- Meeting and greeting clients, guests and visitors
- Answering telephones, screening and directing calls
- Booking and coordinating meetings and room hire
- Recording and handling daily mail and couriers/packages
- Attending to new client enquiries
- General office tasks
- Ensuring the meeting rooms and front reception areas are kept clean and presentable
- Maintaining general office and kitchen presentation and cleanliness

**About You**:

- A winning smile and a "can do" attitude
- Previous reception experience preferred but not essential
- Professional presentation
- Articulate with the English Language
- Ability to work autonomously
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Social Media
- Time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

This is **NOT** a work from home position and hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 1.05pm or 12.55pm to 5.30pm.

Pay: From $20.52 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
