Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for a Receptionist to join our Community Mental Health team on a **part time **basis.

This position is responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative duties. Key responsibilities are: to provide an efficient and customer focused Reception service, data processing, vehicle booking management and general administrative tasks.

The Receptionist is responsible for:

- Answer all telephone calls in a timely, professional and courteous manner and refer enquiries to appropriate staff.
- You will also be required to Manage Car bookings for all staff and monitor maintenance of vehicles. Your role will also cover room bookings for clinicians and their appointment scheduling.
- Administration duties also required as they arise.
- Data Entry of all Patient Registrations which requires great attention to detail
- Managing Databases for Clinicians
