**How will I help?**

As a Client Account Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their financial journey with us is smooth and satisfying.

**Your Role**:

- **Deliver exceptional customer service**:Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- **Process customer requests**:Efficiently manage and process customer requests through our systems.
- **Improve our processes**:Identify opportunities to enhance our operations and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- **Ensure compliance**:Adhere to all relevant compliance and regulatory standards.

**Key Requirements**:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in a customer-centric role (preferred)
- Financial services knowledge (advantageous)
