Working within our Finance division and reporting directly to the Credit Manager, this role has responsibility for the effective management of Accounts Receivable collections. Your role will involve:

- Ensure compliance at all times with all policies and procedures under which the collection team operates
- Take all steps to ensure the company’s cash flow is maximised and risk minimised
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations for changes to work policies and procedures to minimise the risk faced by Coates
- Identify repetitive disputes or poor business practices and raise with management to avoid a recurrence.
- Ensure customer credit limits are managed, delinquent accounts identified and disputes managed

**What you’ll need to bring to the role**

In addition to 3-5 years experience in a high-volume collections or credit environment, we anticipate your experience includes:

- Exposure to credit management, collection techniques, reporting and credit risk.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be willing to liaise with our customers via the phone.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment - _you excel under pressure and your time management skills are top notch_
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Credit Management. - Desirable
- AICM membership and CCE qualification highly regarded.
