The Learning and Development Coordinator sits within our People and Culture team and plays a key role in the coordination, delivery and administration of training and development across the organization. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and helps design and implement these training programs by working with external stakeholders or in-house teams.

The opportunity is a permanent full-time position based at our Camberwell offices in Melbourne working in a flexible hybrid manner.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Delivering Learning and Development programs flowing from the Organisational Development and Learning (OD&L) Strategy.
- Monitoring the implementation and completion of annual training calendar events.
- Ensuring all employees are enrolled in annual refresher training with new employees enrolled in specialized training as required and identified by Client Experience teams.
- Conduct regular learning audits to identify gaps with reporting of noncompliance provided to Client Experience teams.
- Adopt a continuous improvement approach to own working practices and ensure this is reflected in all areas across OD &L.
- Design and develop quality learning content, materials, and resources (including e-learning).
- Assist the compliance team in ongoing compliance activities.

**About You**
- You will have a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or alternate - Qualification in Training, HR or related field.
- Minimum 2 years in a Learning & Development role with learning delivery experience
- Experience in managing and administering learning projects.
- Highly proficient in MS Office; databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business.
- Demonstrate a collaborative style - i.e., considers other stakeholders and organisational goals when making decisions for their own area.
