Detpak is the dynamic sales and marketing arm of the Detmold Group, created to specifically service the packaging needs of the food service industry. Detpak works with, and supplies, some of Australia’s biggest take-away food brands as well as customer groups including up-market coffee roasters, cafes, bakeries and a vast distribution network.

Our team focusses on success and are committed to what they do We’re looking for someone to join our team, based in Adelaide, South Australia who has a passion for delivering excellence in customer service and is focused, organised, and proactive. If you also enjoy problem solving and working with data, this may be the role for you This role provides key support for the Detpak business and requires working in close collaboration with the Detpak Sales teams, Marketing, and Group Supply Chain, to deliver on customer service priorities and business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Working collaboratively with the Detpak sales teams to plan, drive and execute sales activity to
increase sales, profit & product to achieve overall sales & margin targets
- Supporting the Detpak sales teams Australia wide to help them to maximise time spent customer
facing
- Providing superior customer service to new and existing accounts, developing significant
relationships with key customers
- Undertaking a high level of data entry
- Ensuring ordering and forecasting requirements are completed accurately, and container tracking
and customer stock reporting is done on a timely basis
- Coordinating internal and external stakeholders, to ensure accurate on time delivery of goods
- Proactively addressing customer concerns and requests, managing the credit claims process
efficiently, and developing solutions that demonstrate the Detpak promise of delivering quality,
value, and service
- Participating in sales and marketing strategy and customer planning
You will have previous experience in a similar role with a focus on delivering excellence in service within a fast-paced environment, dealing with high volumes of data and working across multiple systems. Your customer-focused approach and ability to service customer requirements with a high level of accuracy in a timely manner will ensure your success.
