As our new Digital Delivery Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of our new comprehensive digital strategy and ensuring a best-practice and consistent approach across all digital channels.

You will take ownership of planning and managing DevelopmentWA's digital channels to drive the implementation of our new strategy. As a Digital Delivery Manager, you'll combine your technical and creative skills to bring our strategy to life, guiding the broader team to deliver engaging content that resonates with our audience, through content strategies, SEO, user journey as well as providing technical support and more.

You will have oversight of the website, social media channels, eCommunications and analytics, to ensure a best-practice and consistent approach across all digital channels. You'll have the opportunity to work with a range of digital providers and identify innovative new digital opportunities that can take our strategy to the next level.

The Digital Delivery Manager role reports to the Communications Team Lead and will have a direct report - a newly created Digital Officer role, which will focus on implementation.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

- Ability to lead teams (including internal teams and contractors) to an outcome, clearly communicating at multiple levels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with discussing technology choices and approaches; including experience and visual design, marketing and data.
- You're a website management expert, have a deep understanding of SEO, with experience in HTML and Javascript.
- Experience in Content Management Systems and CRM software. We currently use Joomla and Click Dimensions. SQL/database knowledge is preferable but not essential.
- Outcome focussed, action oriented, keen eye for detail
- Strong understanding of social media channels and best-practice engagement
- Experience with A/B testing in Electronic Direct Mail Marketing (EDM)
- 5 years-experience in delivering digital products, digital projects, strategy development and delivery
- Ability to guide the crafting of compelling messaging by our broader team, that resonates with audiences across multiple channels.
- Digital design experience including layout, use of imagery and other design elements
- A drive for continual improvement and understanding of current and future digital trends
- Are intrigued by Artificial Intelligence and how that could assist DevelopmentWA’s marketing and communications.
