Reporting to the Manager, Customer Service, the Pricing Specialist entails supporting the branch in attaining the monthly as well as annual targets and operates with management and clients to achieve business targets. The Pricing Specialist is responsible for different kinds of administrative functions essential for everyday operation of the system and fulfillment of the company offers. With an emphasis on discovering your potential and determination to connect with your fellow forwarders, this is an opportunity for you to thrive in a close and supportive team environment, valuing active listening and diversity of thinking.

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Supporting the branch in closing new business opportunities
- Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations
- Creation of quotations and updating to Client Rates in Cargowise
- Collecting, analysing, evaluating and accounting the information in order to increase productivity of sales
- Monitoring the trends and evaluating the performance and provide feedback to the sales team on improving quote turnaround times and presentability
- Respond to spot quotes requests as required
- Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal and external client meetings
- Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the Customer Service Manager

**About you**:

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in international forwarding
- Experience in aspects of logistics sales processes
- Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
