We are in the process of creating a new division and a new product to focus on the needs of Family Law firms. This has created an opening for a leader that can create a small team to manage all aspects of a dedicated Family Law product and sell it throughout Australia. This is an incredible opportunity to build a business from the ground up, and we need an influential and collaborative leader to join our Senior Leadership.

**What will you be working on as the LEAP Family Law Australian CEO?**
- Ensures the content is optimal for Family Law.
- Works with integration partners to deeply integrate companion solutions, such as Settify and others.
- Investigates new integrations or other solutions to providing litigation support style solutions to Family Law.
- Works with our affiliate Company InfoTrack to implement new solutions such as Court Sync and improving existing services relevant for Family Law.
- Partners with LEAP Development technologists to improve the core product in family law, such as pushing for improvements in the way Law Connect can help family law firms.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of the needs of Family Law lawyers and ensuring clients use LEAP Family Law in the best possible way
- Sells LEAP Family Law nationally including attending seminars etc.

**What experience do you need to become LEAP Family Law Australia CEO?**
- Experience working as a family law lawyer or paralegal.
- Software development experience.
- Experience developing legal content or automated forms.
- Sales and marketing experience.
- Management experience.
