**Are you inspired by getting the best solution for your customer?**

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims.
- Strategizing and implementing appropriate and achievable recovery and return to work goals.
- Maintaining high customer service standards and building effective working relationships with a variety of key stakeholders; including injured workers, employers, and medical professionals to drive successful outcomes.
- Determining strategies to progress claims toward appropriate goals.

- The ability to read and interpret information, including legislation.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Effective relationship building and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to prioritise workload to ensure required outcomes are achieved.
