The **iConnect** team sits firmly alongside our other youth and family mental health programs across the state as a whole service, and can proudly report we have a strong reputation in the sector as a highly skilled and effective youth and family mental health service provider for over 10 years, and our service provision is growing rapidly.

We provide a supportive environment, focussed on staff wellbeing with high team morale. We are heavily focussed on investing in best practice service delivery and invest significantly in ongoing professional development. The team is also located with other LWB services such as youth and family support services, foster care and disability services where shared collaboration is encouraged.
