**Who we are**

**About the role**
We are currently looking for a passionate and energetic Business Account Manager to manage and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring requirements are duly met. Additionally, the role will assist in the identification and realisation of strategic business and revenue opportunities.
The role involves:
- Providing customers with solution design and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Identifying strategies to translate operational and finance logic into a customer interpretable format.
- Ensuring customer retention and expansion through appropriate counselling on value-add opportunities within their own business, ultimately improving the customer experience.
- Processing and completing tender documentation for both new business opportunities and existing customers.
- Preparing regular reports and analyses of new sales achievements, opportunities, targets and financial results.
- Supporting the development of media communications, including paid and earned media engagement
**Skills & experience**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Superior attention to detail and a strong Customer focus.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the confidence to deal with all levels of the organisation.
- Previous similar experience in a transport field will be highly regarded.
- Energy, drive and passion for sales and business development.
- Proficiency in the use of various Microsoft Office tools.
- Proven ability to be discrete and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Previous experience in high-level, high-volume customer service management environment will be highly regarded.
- Stake holder management skills.
