This is an exciting opportunity to **join Air Roofing Co - WA’s largest and fastest growing roofing company**

As our new Area Manager, you will be responsible for a dedicated area in Perth servicing clients from their enquiry through to job completion with your expert management of contractors and attention to customer service.

Our lead generation and marketing system will award you access to a huge client base, that will see you earning in the region of $150,000 and beyond as you build your relationships with clients and contractors. This role is for you if you are highly motivated and dedicated to following our proven internal processes to achieve success in your area.

This role will suit a wide range of backgrounds and training will be provided. Your experience with people and sales is a must, as it is your client and contractor management ability that will see you succeed in this role. Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded but is not essential: roofing, carpentry, construction, tiling, insulation, sheet metal work, solar installation, ceiling fixing, building and renovations and related experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify sales leads and initiate customer contact
- Assess a varying range of roofing and building issues
- Determine scope of works and draft price quotations
- Plan, organise and direct the completion of jobs
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget and within scope
- Manage client and contractor relationships for optimum success

**Requirements**:

- Your own ABN
- Public Liability Insurance
- White Card and Working at Heights Certification
- Your own vehicle and WA driver’s license
- The right to work in Australia
- Must have a trades base available

We are seeking applicants available for an immediate start

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
