**Position description**
We seek an enthusiastic Health Professional (Scientific Officer) to join our Immunoserology laboratory at Macquarie Park. You will be an essential team member, and your responsibilities will include the following:

- Analysing and Interpreting diagnostic tests in a timely manner
- Adhering to internal policies and procedures when conducting laboratory tasks
- Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting equipment within the lab
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve tasks promptly
- Other laboratory tasks as required.

We are proud to say we have a learning and supportive environment, and full training will be provided. We are looking for the following:

- Graduated with a Medical Science Degree or recognised AIMS equivalent
- Open to working rostered full time hours Monday to Sunday, which includes afternoon/evening shift
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a healthcare capacity
- Experience working in a pathology laboratory, particularly across Infectious Disease Serology, Immunology and allergy testing
- Highly knowledgeable in quality control and assurance procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
