We are seeking a passionate Office Administrator to join our vibrant team and assist our Rehab in the home team to make a difference in the lives of others.

- 2 levelled clinic with plenty of resources and space, vibrant energetic team

- MDT teams who are passionate about supporting their participant

**About your new Role**:

- Respond and action all referrals/enquiries within contractual timeframes in a professional manner.
- Organize and update client files.
- Assist with billing and receiving payments.
- Liaising with health funds to confirm funding availability.
- Liaise with HST Admin Manager and Clinicians to ensure all processes are being followed as per HSTP contracts.
- Reasonable additional duties as required

**About You**:

- You possess a high level of customer service.
- Tafe or relevant tertiary qualification in business preferred but not essential.
- You are able to work both autonomously and as a part of the wider team.
- You have the ability to priorities incoming work.
- You have previous experience in the private / public healthcare system.
- Previous experience using Eclipse Software or similar program.
- Understanding of the healthcare industry specific to the private healthcare sector.
- You have intermediate skills in Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
- You can provide evidence of: Police Check and Working with Children Check
