A diverse and leading maritime organisation headquartered in Queensland with operations throughout the state are seeking an ERP Implementation Coordinator (with a focus on Oracle’s NetSuite) to deploy, integrate and manage the roll out of the company’s new ERP solution

**Your new role**

Established many years ago in North Queensland, this maritime organisation plays a key role in offering maritime services (construction, salvage and logistics to name a few) to both private and governmental enterprises. Expanding to encompass many sites throughout the state, they have grown to offer services throughout not only Northern Australia, but also Papua New Guinea and across the Pacific. Due to ongoing significant strategic growth in recent years, the decision has been made to take the organisation on a digital uplift journey which will underpin how every team (and department) operate.

Your newly created role will see you report directly into the Chief Financial Officer and will focus on the deployment of Oracles NetSuite ERP platform throughout the Finance, Stores and Maintenance directorates. This will be followed by the integration of this system with currently used solutions alongside advising key senior stakeholders on the best course of action to take (from a technology perspective moving forward).

The day-to-day activities in this role will vary greatly depending on the stage of the implementation. Initially starting on meeting with all key stakeholders and reviewing the initial requirements, you will then set out a road map identifying key milestones which need to be met. The cleansing and organising of this organisations data will then need to be conducted to make sure everything is ready to be transferred over. After this there will then be the specific NetSuite deployment, testing and following support (including the creation of technical documentation and relevant training for users). In conjunction with all listed activities, the planning and managing of the project will of course be conducted in parallel to ensure the end deliverables are delivered.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will need experience/knowledge across as much of the following as possible:

- Oracle NetSuite (and its eco system)
- MEX Maintenance Software
- Project Planning and Management
- Technical mindset
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Technical documentation and training
- Working with stakeholders at all levels
- Perfect communication skills (written and verbal)

NOTE:

- Full Australian working rights are required
- Applicants need to be currently residing in Australia (those outside of Australia will not be considered for this position)

You will be offered an initial 6 month contract role with a diverse and leading maritime organisation with views to extend or go permanent. Whilst ideally to be based in Townsville, QLD, a remote working option may also be considered (with trips to and from Townsville required as and when).
