**Role Overview**:

- **Position**: Gatehouse Security Officer
- **Shifts Available**:

- Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)
- Limited Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- **Employment Type**: Casual and Part-Time Ongoing Roles
- **Location**: Operating a gatehouse at an industrial site in the Wollongong area

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor access points and ensure authorised entry.
- Conduct security checks on vehicles, personnel, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors and activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to all site visitors.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Collaborate with team members and follow established protocols.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Valid Security License (NSW)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Reliable and punctual

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.73 - $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 36 per week

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- 1AC Security licence (required)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 20/05/2024
