As Head of Dropship, you will be responsible for selecting and developing the Dropship Team members. You will work closely with GM Digital, the Digital team and the retail customer service team to ensure that the operational execution of the program is exceptional and to the agreed service levels.

What you'll be doing
- Maintain and build the long-term vision, strategy, and desired customer proposition in conjunction with the Director of Merchandise and GM Digital.
- Analyse and provide regular reports and insight into the program, operational, financial, supplier, category and product performance; Identify problem areas, trends and opportunities and drive deep business analysis to develop strategic recommendations that exceed dropship sales goals.
- Lead the development of the Freedom dropship program and ongoing business development activities related to dropship (or future marketplace services); Build strategic partnerships with top sellers, top brands, and aggregators.
- Champion and sponsor the program both internally and externally, leading change management activity to ensure the acceptance and success of the program in the short and long term; Work in close collaboration with various teams, in particular design, merchandise and retail teams to ensure a good communication on purpose, benefits and the sharing of objectives.
- Develop supplier management and review processes; Determine agenda, reporting and content to be reviewed and frequency; Define how poor supplier performance will be identified, communicated, and rectified.
- Monitor and work closely with the Digital and Customer Service teams to ensure agreed supplier and carrier operational SLA's are being monitored, achieved and where non-compliance is identified it is proactively being addressed.

Who you are
- At least 5 years' experience in senior buying and merchandise management roles working with local and overseas suppliers; experience in product development beneficial.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong drive to achieve results and exceed expectations.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
