**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Take responsibility for the delivery of the ICT and Audio-Visual components of the Command Centre Project for SCHHS ensuring successful completion within agreed performance criteria.
- Undertake project management activities by developing formal project plans, budgets, supporting documentation, records and registers.
- Participate as an effective team member and work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholder groups to achieve outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders on all project related matters.
