DT Infrastructure has been entrusted with the crucial role of managing the design and construction of the maintenance facility at Ormeau. The Ormeau facility will not only support rail manufacturing and maintenance in Queensland but also contribute to the success of the Cross River Rail project and the upcoming 2032 Brisbane Olympic and Paralympic Games.

**About the role**:
The key purpose of this role is to support business operations through effective management of learning and development programs and compliance across the Infrastructure Projects nationally with an emphasis on best practise integration and leveraging of Learning systems environment.
- Support delivery of agreed DTI programs including distributing communications, program management
- Sourcing external training opportunities for IP employees.
- Undertake other L&D related activities as directed including analysis of Capability Needs.
- Development of training needs analysis (competencies, skills) to enable business and contractual requirements.
- Assist with the annual safety re-induction, including; testing, rollout and reporting.
- Administration of the Learning Management System, including providing access, and establishing user profiles, supporting training, exporting and importing data between different systems and support communications

**About you**:

- 3+ years’ experience within a similar role
- Working in a large multi-disciplinary organisation with a diverse workforce
- Training records management; compliance and auditing
- Knowledge & capability working with various Learning Management Systems (implementation of LMS project desirable
- Ability to be flexible and responsive to company and client needs
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or HR qualification is desired
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office software programs
- Solutions orientated and able to respond to a rapidly changing environment
