We have had a brand new, very rare and exciting role become available with a rapidly growing and very well-known independent buyer's agency in the heart of the Northern Beaches.

Due to growth, a newly created role has just become available for a switched-on Administration Manager to join their busy team. You will own the support function, working alongside the Directors and a team of high performing buyers agents to manage the admin and marketing function for the team, as well as work on exciting projects and support the Office Manager with the day to day operations of the business.

**The Position**
In the role of Administration Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide a high volume of administration support to a team of 4 Senior Buyers Agents - you will be exposed to all parts of the property transaction
- Diary management and booking appointments for the team and the Directors
- Managing business social media accounts
- Updating the company website and generating content
- Working alongside the Directors and Office Manager on business projects and operational support
- Maintain and update the CRM system
- Ad hoc administrative support for the office
- Plus MUCH more
**The Person**
- Minimum 1-2 years' real estate experience in an administration, marketing or reception role
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration is essential
- You will be a gun with systems and processes and love all things admin
- A forward thinker with a proactive nature who is full of initiative
- Extremely organised with a high sense of urgency, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- A team player who isn't precious and will muck in, but can also work autonomously
- First class written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Ideally you will be a local to the Northern Beaches who knows the area very well
- Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
