As the Admission Officer, you will provide reception services and assist with admission of patients, printing and distribution of medical records for patients being admitted. You will assist with signing of election forms pertaining to elective/private patients.

This role is accountable to the Manager Admissions Office, for the provision of an effective and efficient service to all Elective and Emergency outpatient clinic patients requiring admission to Flinders Medical Centre, Noarlunga Hospital and Flinders Private Hospital.

You will be responsible for the maintenance of the Department of Health (DH) Waiting List and the accurate maintenance of the Operating Room Management Information System (ORMIS) and Sunrise Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Patient Administration System (PAS).
