**About the Role**
Maxima is recruiting for a temporary Project Support Officer for a proudly Australian project services firm specialising in engineering, surveying, urban planning and environmental solutions based in the CBD.
- Financial support including accounts payable functions, generation of purchase orders, financial reporting, reconciliations and processing of reimbursements
- Project administration support to the Project Managers and Engineering Leads, including setting up projects, preparation of project-related documentation, tenders, contracts, technical reports and presentations
- Relief cover for corporate reception
- General administration support including training coordination, IT ground support, catering, induction of new staff, and coordination of office resources
- Backup support to other Project Support Officers for leave coverage
- Personal assistant support for the General Manager, including monthly executive report collation, travel bookings, calendar and client management

**About You**
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Accurate data entry skills
