- assisting with estimating costs, both in relation to new work and increases in current matter estimates
- providing regular matter reporting to clients and internally, including fortnightly WIP status reports and monthly matter/client reporting; and

- intermediate use of a Practice Management System (Aderant Expert advantageous)
- the ability to work through high volume transactions with great accuracy and diligence (particularly at month end)
- highly developed organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
- ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders of varying seniority
- qualifications in business or finance related disciplines (Accounting Certificate/Diploma of Accounting) (preferable)

In addition to this, we're looking for a resilient, self-starter; someone who is able to work autonomously and is focused on attention to detail and providing outstanding service to our clients.

The Major Project and Construction team

The Major Projects and Construction team is one of the largest dedicated construction practices in the Asia Pacific region, working on some of the most significant infrastructure and procurement projects in the region.

With unrivalled experience across all traditional and collaborative contracting models, we advise the full spectrum of participants (from owners, developers and project sponsors to Federal, State and Local Government agencies, financiers, project managers, consultants and contractors) and work closely with our clients on every stage of a project, from procurement through to delivery.
