Alumni Engagement Officer

Swinburne University of Technology’s External Engagement team are looking for an Alumni Engagement Officer to join their team

The Alumni Engagement Officer will work within the University Alumni and Advancement Operations Team to coordinate and implement alumni engagement strategies to strengthen engagement with our global network of over 230,000 alumni.

Experience with customer service, administration and working in a fast-paced environment will also be useful in this role, as the Alumni Engagement officer will also monitor the alumni inbox, fulfilling, and triaging queries and requests that come through to the team.

**About You**
**To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities**:

- Experience of developing and delivering successful digital engagement, including the coordination of the alumni e-newsletters and other alumni communications.
- Experience in supporting engagement programs including events, invitations, and logistics.
- Experience working within a large fast-paced environment, with excellent prioritisation and time management skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, including communications planning, scheduling, and reporting to deadlines.

**Qualifications**
- A degree with subsequent relevant experience; or extensive experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
