**The Role**

An exciting opportunity has opened up within our growing Professional Services Dynamics 365 practice for a passionate and motived Microsoft D365 Support Specialist.

This role will largely focus on the delivery of operational support within the Dynamics 365 practice, engaging with a variety of customers to support their Dynamics 365 implementations.

**What will I be doing?**

The Microsoft D365 Support Specialist will:

- Engage with clients to investigate support tickets that arise regarding their Dynamics 365 implementation;
- Provide consultation on the cause of issues, and provide advice and options for resolution;
- Engage in work across all aspects of Dynamics 365 development, including server-side and client-side development, integration, configuration, and data/data-modelling;
- Take ownership of and responsibility for the technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployments and upgrades;
- Identify and suggest opportunities to improve or make modifications to increase software efficiency or functionality;
- Develop and implement testing models and plans including documenting test results;
- Investigate and suggest solutions to defects and problems detected during testing; and
- Work within a highly collaborative team of passionate likeminded professionals.

**What experience will I need?**

The Microsoft D365 Support Specialist will have:

- Hands on experience with Dynamics 365;
- Experience in object-orientated programming design and development;
- Familiarity with enterprise architectural design using both Cloud and On-Premise infrastructure/services;
- Familiarity with web based integration/communication technologies/frameworks e.g. RESTful Web API’s, oData, SSIS;
- Experience in dealing with web-based client side development technology e.g. JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, and jQuery;
- Working knowledge of software coding and development protocols in a business environment;
- A good attitude, with a sense of urgency, strong teamwork, flexible and positive ‘can do’ approach;
- The ability to work autonomously or in small teams to define and complete client outcomes;
- Strong documentation skills; and
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**What Key Qualifications, Certifications & Training will I need?**

The Microsoft D365 Support Specialist will have:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in an IT related discipline is desirable; and
- Hold a Current Australian Department of Defence security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.
