**About the role**

Due to growth, we have several fantastic opportunities for experienced Service/Repair Technicians to join our workshop located in Ascot, Perth.

If you are mechanical minded and want to work in a supportive team environment, come join OEM Group. Full training will be provided to the successful applicants.

Skills that would be of advantage include qualifications in electrical / mechanical repair, and a background in small engine repair/maintenance.

This is a Monday to Friday role, hours are typically 7am to 3.30pm.

**About OEM Group** : Our team of expert technicians can service and repair all brands of pressure cleaner, space heater or industrial vacuums at our workshop in Perth or onsite, and our mobile units can also come to you. OEM Group is very proud to be the exclusive WA Distributors for Spitwater Pressure Cleaners and Jetfire Space Heaters.

ABOUT THE JOB

In this role, you will:

- Service and repair of high pressure cleaning equipment
- Test equipment and check that specific requirements have been met
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic
- Perform disassembly, cleaning and assembly of pressure washer machines for repairs
- Perform maintenance and function testing of machines
- Perform visual and operational inspection of all equipment prior to load out
- Ensuring work areas are maintained in accordance with good housekeeping practice
- Undertake other associated tasks and responsibilities as assigned by line manager
- Recognised Trade certification in a Mechanical, Electrical or Hydraulics discipline
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and individually as required
- Mechanical & electrical problem-solving skills
- Ability to read & comprehend instructions
- Basic numeracy skills, having the ability to use these skills with weight, volume &distance
- Strong attention to detail
- At least 3 years of working experience in the relevant position”
