Pool Technician

About you:

- naturally helpful and friendly and enjoy providing good service to customers
- taking pride in being reliable and completing your work to a high standard
- have experience as a service technician, pool tech, swimming instructor; and related areas
- are handy with tools and simple installation or willing to learn
- have a manual drivers license
- good problem solver
- reliable and able to work independently
- ability to lift 20 KG

About the job:

- On-site pool servicing, cleaning residential pools
- Testing PH and Chlorine levels
- Installing pool equipment such as filters, pumps, chlorinators
- Maintenance and Inspection of equipment
- Providing excellent customer service to our customers
- Updating service log and customer records
- Assisting with store display and sales duties at the retail store when not out on site
- Providing information to customers
