**Job Type**: Full-Time

About Us: We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Field Service

Technician to join our team. This role involves not only warehouse duties but also

visiting client sites to ensure the highest level of service and maintenance of water

filtration systems.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Perform maintenance of water filtration systems at client sites.

2.Provide excellent customer service, including addressing clients' queries and

concerns regarding water filtration.

3.Safely operate vehicles to travel to and from client sites, carrying necessary

tools and equipment. Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and

procedures both in the warehouse and at client sites.

4.Document service actions by completing forms, reports, and records in a

timely manner. High level of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn new skills

and techniques.

**Requirements**:
1. Valid police clearance certificate.

2.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

3.Willingness to travel to client sites and flexibility in work hours.

4.Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer

interaction.

5.Prior experience in water filtration systems is preferred but not required;
training will be provided.

6.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with customers and

team members.

7. High level of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn new skills and techniques.

Pay: $55,030.93 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
