As a Crew Rostering Coordinator, you will be responsible for the preparation of 28-day rosters - this will see you preparing and recommending resourcing solutions for the regional workforces, to ensure all flights are rostered legally, in budget and in accordance with Industrial Awards & CASA regulations..

You’ll have
- High level of experience in business partnering and providing effective solutions to key stakeholders.- Airline workforce planning experience or experience in planning within similar industries - Logistics, Transport etc (Desirable but not essential)- Proven analytical skillset, proficient with Microsoft Excel- Proven problem solving and decision-making skillset, with ability to make decisions in time critical situations- Ability to model, influence and encourage positive behaviours- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills- Understanding of the operational need to provide flexibility
