**About this role**
The Manager, Clinical Services leads a team of 6 to manage the development, implementation, and co-ordination of the AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) Clinical Services Portfolio. This role ensures a whole sector approach to the management and delivery of clinical programs, in line with strategy, policy, clinical quality, safety guidelines, and current emerging markets.

**Clerk Grade 11/12**, $134,411 - $155,445 plus Super and annual leave loading

**What you’ll be doing**
- play a lead system manager role for programs and services which deliver AOD clinical treatment in NSW
- develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate AOD clinical programs and services
- work effectively with key stakeholders and providers to ensure clinical services are evidence-based, person-centred, safe, high-quality, and effective
- lead development, dissemination and implementation of clinical policy, guidelines and frameworks to improve treatment outcomes
- integrate Clinical Care Standards into all aspects of work, as relevant; and
- integrate consumer engagement across programs and systems of work.

The remit of the Clinical Services team includes the Opioid Treatment Program, Substance Use in Pregnancy and Parenting Program, Involuntary Drug and Alcohol Treatment Program, Stigma and Discrimination, and many, many more. The team works with key AOD stakeholders across NSW and collaborates with others across CAOD.

**About you**
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals with:

- Demonstrated experience working in the public sector or a relevant clinical environment
- Ability to successfully manage a sensitive, statewide portfolio, partnering with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to successfully lead a team and deliver high quality results in a hybrid work environment
