About Us:

As we continue to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our sales team.

Position: Sales Team Member

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and build relationships by reaching out to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain your own pipeline of interested prospects.
- Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook.
- Provide accurate information and advice to potential students about our construction courses and training programs.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement new sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales within the RTO industry is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of construction courses, both funded and non-funded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A passion for education and helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to generate and maintain your own pipeline of prospects without provided leads.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Springwood, QLD 4127: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
