The Show runs from July 25th 2024 - August 25th 2024

Pre
- event shifts begin 11th July to July 24th 2024

Weekday Shifts range between the hours of  3pm - 11:30pm

Weekend shifts start time may vary starting 9.30am-10.30pm

To be considered for this opportunity you **MUST** be available to **work 4-5 days** a week regularly over the duration of the shows( Show dates
- Wednesday to Sunday ) This includes evenings and weekend shifts.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Welcome and help anyone coming to the Tour Services Office;
- Maintaining the office in a clean and orderly manner; maintain office supplies;
- Answer the phone, assist with calling vendors, take and distribute messages;
- Operate the fax and photocopier machines;
- Handling mail and courier; responsible for shipping and receiving (external and internal mail);
- Translating and communicating relevant information for the tour;
- Support other staff members with reservations, deliveries, translations, orders, help office staff with administrative tasks;
- Support the production coordinators in tasks concerning: Travel and Lodging (booking flights, trains, local transport, hotel reservations, etc.), HR Data Processing (creating, updating databases);
- Assisting with organising events;
- Fluent in English and the language of the region; excellent oral and written skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.);
- Ability to perform office tasks;
- Good knowledge of the local area, tourism and cultural events;
- Background in administration and show business production;
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work;
- Confidentiality needed to deal with sensitive data and information;
- Resourceful and assertive;
- Punctual;
- Positive, proactive, reliable and teamwork oriented; Independent worker who can make fast decisions and adjust to different environments;
- Availability for the whole city duration;

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.64 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
