As the **Manager - Strategic Communications,** you will lead the Communication and Engagement partnership team. Your role involves designing and delivering human-centered, innovative, and strategic internal and external communications advice. You’ll ensure high-quality outcomes across business-as-usual (BAU), strategic initiatives, and key projects, aligning with the Strategic Communication and Engagement business plan. You will be part of a large, collegiate and award winning Communications team with an exceptional culture.

**Typically, in this role you will**:

- Support strategic leadership in collaboration with the Senior Manager - Strategic Communication and Engagement.
- Develop and deliver key communication advice and strategies to business partners.
- Work closely with the Brand and Communication Operations team to create communication strategies that meet business and audience needs.
- Coach and mentor Communication Advisers, emphasizing evidence-based, creative solutions.
- Collaborate with business partners and SMEs, providing expert advice for key strategic initiatives in a consultative approach.
- Operate with consistency and transparency, ensuring alignment with our team strategy and business plan.

**Qualifications**
- Extensive experience in Communications including the ability to write, edit and produce highly professional communications solutions across a range of modern media and channels.
- Demonstrated experience in people leadership and the ability build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- The ability to think strategically and convert this into tangible outcomes.
- Demonstrate a creative and problem-solving mindset
- Passion for human-centered approaches
- Tertiary qualifications in communication, public relations, or a related relevant field.
