We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is critical in supporting the general manager and providing top-tier administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scheduling and Coordination**: Assist in scheduling meetings and site visits, ensuring seamless coordination and time management.
- **Documentation Preparation**: Prepare and edit documents for policies, internal and external communications, maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- **Internal Procedures and Record Keeping**: Assist in the maintenance of internal procedures and accurate record-keeping to ensure compliance and organisational efficiency.
- **Minute Taking**: Accurately record minutes during meetings as required, ensuring all action items are documented and followed up.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Organise and coordinate travel arrangements as required
- **Office Management**: Oversee office management tasks to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
- **Report Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of detailed reports, gathering and analysing data to support decision-making processes.
- **Team Management**: Assist in delegating tasks to and managing the administrative team, ensuring timely completion of all assignments.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
- Able to build relationships effectively
