**FULL JOB DESCRIPTION**

For one of our clients, a leading construction company, we are looking for their HR Assistant to join their enthusiastic and supportive team in expansion.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager, and assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;
- Assist the Corporate HR Manager with, record maintenance and payroll processing;
- Assist with pre-employment checks and onboarding, compiling and updating employee records;
- Coordinate company inductions, and training programs;
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities;
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes;
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquires or requests and assist;
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects (i.e. Employee Engagement surveys, Performance Review Cycle, L&D, etc..);
- Manage the Document Controller function, liaising with project leads, tender leads, and with Senior Management.

**About You**:

- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field/equivalent;
- Experience in a similar role;
- Outstanding administrative skills and advanced MS Office skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Great attention to detail, and process-oriented mindset;
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills;
- Advanced MS Office skills;
- Proactive, with a learning attitude.
