One of Australia's leading Insurance builders is looking for a Claims Consultant to join their team.

What will you be doing?

  • Endtoend claims management
  • Delivering outstanding customer service with a high attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers/clients
  • Ability to work effectively within a team to accomplish organisational goals
  • Maintaining industry/market knowledge

What do you need?

  • Previous experience in insurance claims
  • Experience in property claims ideal but not essential
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
