**What will you be doing?**
- End-to-end claims management
- Delivering outstanding customer service with a high attention to detail
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers/clients
- Ability to work effectively within a team to accomplish organisational goals
- Maintaining industry/market knowledge

**What do you need?**
- Previous experience in insurance claims
- Experience in property claims ideal but not essential
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
