**About the department**

The Executive Team provides functional and clinical leadership for the Women's. The Executive Support Team supports the Executive Leadership Team with a variety of activities, from critical analysis and synthesis of information to business administration and personal assistance.

**About the role**

As the Executive Officer & Team Manager you will provide the Women’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with expert executive coordination, communication and professional assistance, to help drive the organisation’s success. You’ll support our CEO with a range of daily and longer term strategic activities including research and high-level analysis of information from a variety of internal and external sources, to enable effective decision making. You will also provide leadership to the Executive Support Team, and identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining workflows based on best practice.Key responsibilities will see you:Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of their daily work routine, including proactive diary and meeting management, travel coordination, expense reconciliation and event management

Act as a point of contact for the CEO, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and actioning requests, maintaining strong relationships and facilitating effective communication

Liaise with others (in particular the Board Secretary and other Executives, and Executive Support Team members) to ensure work plans are accurate and actions are followed through

Support the administrative tasks associated with people management including verification of pay, recruitment, onboarding and team leadership days

Provide effective management, oversight and leadership of staff in the Executive Support Team**About you**

You will be someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to rapidly build and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. You’ll maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality?with ease, and be comfortable operating both within a team environment and autonomously.You’ll bring with you:3-5 years of experience in the provision of high-level support to leaders at an executive level??

Expertise in formulating correspondence, reports and presentations, capturing key strategic themes

Advanced computer skills including the MS Office suite, and strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills??

Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage a range of tasks with competing priorities and tight timelines??
