**About this opportunity**
If you're passionate about big events, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy all the elements of events from planning to delivery then read on. Working collaboratively with the Digital team, you will drive continuous improvement across our registration system, build the registration system, event app, and lead tracker for each event, manage the distribution of information to relevant stakeholders, and deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop a registration briefing process that is simple and captures all relevant information
- Build each registration in Events Air
- Build each event app and upload all relevant information
- Build the lead tracker for each event
- Identify ways to automate current processes using Events Air including ticketing
- Review new and existing Events Air functionality to determine if we could use it to enhance our exhibitor or visitor experience and identify ways to implement the new functionality
- Analyse current digital marketing tools against KPIs

**About you**

As a developing events professional you will be a proactive, driven individual with superior attention to detail, and a passion for supporting others and being an integral team player. Being someone who works successfully under pressure, you will have strong time management and prioritising skills, as well as the ability to handle stress calmly and professionally.

**Ideal Qualities**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience using Events Air
- Experience working with teams to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Superior attention to detail, strong organisational capabilities in terms of prioritising work and deadlines
- Advanced interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm while working to tight deadlines and managing multiple requests for support from the team
- Advanced skills and knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Ability to work irregular hours (if required)
