ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

NP Digital launched in Australia 2.5 years ago and has been on an incredible upward trajectory since then, taking the market by storm. After experiencing rapid client growth and establishing a presence in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth - we are now looking for an SEO Executive to help support our client strategy and execution as well as build on our successes. This is an attractive opportunity for a junior SEO looking to take their career to the next level.

In this role you will handle the day-to-day management ofSEOaccounts. You will be responsible for implementing data-backedSEOstrategies to maximize campaign performance and creating and presenting client performance reports. As we scale, you'll be responsible for assisting the Group Business Director in building up theSEOteam and developing standard processes and procedures. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves kind-of position that has serious scope to grow as our business expands.

To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Melbourne, Australia and are required to be fluent in English.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

TheSEOExecutive will have a strong passion for SEO, data and content. You'll be expected to:
  • Assist the SEO Manager to plan, manage, and execute organic search strategies, including but not limited to account setup, cross-channel strategy development, and team management
  • Ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, includingSEOaudits to identify technical issues, keyword research and mapping, metadata development, on-page, off-page, andSEOcontent ideation and planning
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and the initiative to lead projects
  • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools
  • Assist in client communications, and present recommendations to develop and deliver a clear strategic vision to each client
  • Occasionally providing opportunity analysis and new business support for sales efforts for new prospective clients
ABOUT YOU
  • 2-4 Years' experience in the organic search industry
  • Extensive experience withSEOtools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Adobe Omniture, Ahrefs, Majestic, STAT, BrightEdge, Search Console, etc. to analyze organic search and analytics data and make specific recommendations supported by data
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, collaboration, and project management
  • Good technicalSEOexperience, being comfortable with various CMS platforms and the ability to troubleshoot and solve various issues common with these systems
  • Strong client and team leadership qualities, comfortable contributing to company's thought leadership onSEOindustry topics
  • Ability and passion to educate and share industry knowledge with other experienced team members
