**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing various aspects of the supply chain to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency across the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Supply Chain Strategy Development & Execution**:
- Formulate and implement supply chain strategies to support overall business objectives.
- Ensure smooth coordination and high efficiency across all supply chain segments, including procurement, production, inventory, and logistics.
**2. Supplier Management**:
- Select, evaluate, and manage suppliers, fostering strong relationships.
- Negotiate contracts to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Address supplier-related issues such as delivery delays or quality concerns.
**3. Inventory Management**:
- Monitor inventory levels to meet customer demand while avoiding excessive stock.
- Plan and coordinate inventory replenishment and optimization, ensuring material and product availability.
- Utilize inventory control techniques to reduce costs and improve turnover rates.
**4. Logistics & Transportation Management**:
- Plan and manage the logistics network, optimizing routes and delivery methods to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
- Select and oversee third-party logistics providers (e.g., transport and warehousing services).
- Ensure timely and complete delivery of goods, resolving any transportation-related issues.
**5. Demand Forecasting & Planning**:
- Analyse market demand data to create and refine demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and marketing teams to develop and adjust production and procurement plans.
- Ensure alignment between supply chain plans and the company’s sales and production goals.
**6. Quality Control**:
- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all products and materials meet quality standards.
- Address any quality-related issues such as product returns or customer complaints.
**7. Data Analysis & Reporting**:
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) in the supply chain, such as inventory turnover, supplier performance, and logistics costs.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on supply chain performance, providing data-driven insights and improvement recommendations to senior management.
**8. Cost Management**:
- **Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs in procurement, production, transportation, and inventory management.
- Implement cost-saving measures and drive efficiency through supply chain innovation.
**9. Risk Management**:
- Identify and assess potential risks in the supply chain and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Minimize supply chain disruptions due to factors such as natural disasters, political events, or supplier bankruptcies.
**10. Team Leadership & Development**:
- Manage and lead the supply chain team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Train and develop team members, enhancing their professional skills and performance.
- The Supply Chain Manager plays a key role in optimizing costs, improving efficiency, ensuring product quality, and meeting delivery timelines, all in support of achieving the company’s business objectives.
**Skills & Experience Requirements**:
1. At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or a related field.
2. Familiarity with supply chain processes in the food service industry is a plus.
4. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is highly desirable.
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
