The Hospital Coordinator position is a pivotal role focused on advancing clinical and operational excellence within GVH. This role involves overseeing day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring smooth patient transitions between departments, and effectively utilising hospital resources to provide sustainable veterinary care. Working closely with the Business Manager (BM) and Clinical Director (CD), the Hospital Coordinator also contributes to building and maintaining positive referral relationships with General Practitioners and other veterinary hospitals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Full-time role that will see you lead and support continuous improvement initiatives for both operational and clinical excellence
- Supervise and coordinate daily hospital operations to ensure efficient patient care and resource utilisation
- Managing appropriate systems and processes to ensure an excellent student experience is provided
- Collaborate with the BM and CD to foster strong referral networks
- Cultivate a collaborative and positive team culture
