Lumus Imaging is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist supervisor to lead our vibrant and professional team.

We’ve recently expanded our services with site at Werribee Mercy Hospital, featuring GE Discovery 670 SPECT technology.

Werribee Mercy Hospital, located just 25 km west of Melbourne on the Princes Highway, is a dynamic public general hospital offering a wide range of services, including surgical, maternity, orthopaedic, and a 24-hour emergency department. Since opening in January 1994, the hospital has grown rapidly to meet the needs of Melbourne’s fast-growing western suburbs. A new emergency department is currently underway with a view to have it completed late 2026, The expansion will increase treatment spaces from 33 to 67. This includes four new resuscitation bays, 16 short stay beds and 36 emergency care cubicles to care for a rapidly growing population.

This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis. As part of our team, you'll work closely with our radiologists in a state-of-the-art department that’s set to redefine medical imaging in the region. Additionally, we’re excited to announce that PET services will be introduced to the department, further enhancing our capabilities.

**To be successful**:

- Commitment to the provision and promotion of quality health care within the confines of a public hospital setting
- Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality Nuclear Medicine examinations employing correct techniques to the accepted industry standard or above
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and other medical and non-medical personnel
- A recognised qualification in Nuclear Medicine
- Experience in CT and SPECT, with a knowledge of GE imaging platforms being an advantage
- AHPRA registration
- Current EPA license for Nuclear Medicine
