In the capacity of a Product Manager, you will assume the pivotal responsibility of spearheading the development and meticulous management of our extensive portfolio of steel products and solutions.

**Description**
- ** Product Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company goals and market demands.
- **Market Research**: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition, providing insights to drive product development.
- **Product Development**: Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to conceptualise, design, and develop innovative steel products and solutions.
- **Product Life-cycle Management**: Manage the entire product life-cycle, from drafting through to launch, growth, and end-of-life planning.
- **Product Launch**: Plan and execute product launches, including defining positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create sales collateral, marketing campaigns, and training materials to support product success.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, ensuring that product improvements align with customer expectations.
- **Financial Management**: Develop and manage budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis for the product portfolio.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
**Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the steel industry or related manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of steel production processes and materials.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
- Creative thinker with a strong problem-solving mindset.
